A condition for making a reservation is a payment of 50% of the order's value after making a reservation via bank transfer or credit card guarantee. Reservations not confirmed by payment will be canceled.

The hotel day lasts from 15:00 on the day of arrival to 10:00 on the day of departure.
The hotel is pet-friendly, but has a limited number of rooms available for guests with pets.
The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. The cost will be refunded to the Customer's account within 14 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
