Łochów Palace was rebuilt and restored by the development company Arche between 2005 and 2008. The company has existed since 1991. The success achieved in the real estate market has enabled the fulfillment of dreams, such as restoring historical sites to their former glory.

Palace
Originally, the Łochów Palace and Park complex included the Palace, Palace Kitchen, Coach House, and Outbuilding. As the complex expanded, the following were added: a Stone Grotto, Woodshed, a historic wooden church from the first half of the 20th century dedicated to the Divine Mercy, shelters by the Liwiec river, the Lena Grochowska Gallery, and the Island of Writers and Poets.

Folwark
In September 2017, the Łochów Palace Conference and Leisure Center was expanded with a new section – FOLWARK. The FOLWARK Conference and Leisure Complex is a set of hotel buildings with a 4-star standard conference center. Guests can enjoy the Paśnik Restaurant, a fully equipped conference center, and for relaxation and active recreation, an indoor pool, saunas, a bowling alley, and professional Wellness & SPA facilities were designed.
