Primary information

Reservation conditions:

1. The offer does not combine with other promotions.

2. The prices include VAT.

3. To make a reservation, a payment of 50% of the order value must be made after booking via bank transfer or credit card guarantee. The remaining reservation amount will be charged upon check-in at the hotel.

4. Reservations not confirmed by payment will be canceled.

6. Hotel stay lasts from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Extension of the hotel stay depends on hotel availability.

7. The hotel is pet-friendly. The fee depends on the length of stay. Pet stay must be reported when making the booking.

8. Reservation can be canceled free of charge 7 days before the arrival date. Refund to the ordering account will be made within 14 business days from the cancellation confirmation date.

The hotel staff, according to minor protection standard regulations, is obliged to identify the child and determine their relationship with an adult person, for example:

Requesting additional documents when checking in minors, such as an ID card (or other document confirming age) and written consent of legal guardians.
In case of minors traveling without guardians, the hotel may be required to request an official document confirming the consent of legal guardians for the stay or a telephone contact to confirm the child's stay in the facility with an adult stranger with their consent.
