To book the package, a payment of 50% of the order value is required after making a reservation by transfer or credit card guarantee.
The remaining amount must be paid at check-in.
Reservations not confirmed by payment will be cancelled.

The hotel is pet-friendly, but has a limited number of rooms designated for stays with a pet. Pets cannot stay in the pool and dining area.
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
A refund will be made to the Customer's account within 7 working days from the confirmation of the cancellation.
